Chethan met the peerless flautist Pt. Ronu Majumdar in 2007 at the age of 10, after being mesmerised by his flute in live concert. 'Ronu ji', as he is affectionately called by his students and well-wishers, is a world-renowned artist with a Grammy Nomination (1997), Sangeet Natak Akademi Award (2014), and countless other accolades and achievements. Ronu ji is the prime disciple of Late Pt. Laxman Prasad Jaipurwale, Late Pt. Vijay Raghav Rao, and Late Pt. Ravi Shankar. His flute playing is powerful and gripping, filled with subtleties and brimming with energy. Under Pandit ji's guidance, Chethan continues to hone his skills as a Bansuri player to this day.

Chethan has studied under the esteemed musicologist Dr. Vikas Kashalkar since 2014. 'Vikas ji' comes from a family of musicians and musicologists, and has been surrounded by music for his entire life, beginning his journey under the guidance of his father, ND Kashalkar. He has established himself as an ocean of knowledge in the field of music, and has imbibed the intricacies of the Gwalior, Jaipur, and Agra gharanas of Hindustani Vocal music from his guru, Late Pt. Gajananrao Joshi. Beyond that, his time spent in music academia has given him an anthropological understanding of the history of Indian Music, and he often shares tidbits of knowledge that can't be found anywhere else. Chethan continues to develop his skills as a vocalist under the watchful guidance of Vikas ji.

Chethan met the prolific vocalist Pt. Arun Kashalkar in 2019, and received taleem from him for a few years. 'Arun kaka,' as he is affectionately called by his students, is a representative of the Gwalior and Agra Gharana of Hindustani Classical music. He studied under his father, ND Kashalkar, and advanced his training under Pt. Rajabhau Kogje, Pt. Ram Marathe, Pt. Gajanbua Joshi, and Pt. Babanrao Haldankar. His approach towards music weaves melody and rhythm into a colorful tapestry of music.
